Cancellation
Cancellations are not allowed; if you cancel an order from this warehouse, you may lose access to purchase from this warehouse.
Order Fulfillment
Orders from this warehouse are not ready to ship right away, because we first have to receive them from our supplier. However, you can expedite this process by specifying your fulfillment option. Your fulfillment options are:
- Standard, 3-5 days
- Expedited, 2-3 days
- Express, 1-2 days
Shipping
You can pick from the following shipping options for the shipment from our warehouse to you:
- Domestic:
- Standard, arrives 3-5 days after shipping
- Expedited, arrives 2-3 days after shipping
- Express, arrives 1-2 days after shipping
- International:
- Standard, arrives 2-5 days after shipping
- Express, arrives 1-3 days after shipping
Returns/Warranty
Please note that when you place an order from the S1 warehouse, we are placing an order directly with our supplier. Our supplier offers devices “As Is,” regardless of defects.
A basic warranty is included that allows you to return devices with the following specific, limited defects:
- No power
- No power/power cycle
- Apple activation problem
- Account lock
- iTunes image
- Passcode lock
If you want additional protection on a wider variety of defects, select the WeSellCellular Warranty (2.5% of purchase price). Under this policy, if the device you ordered does not match the testing and grading as described, we may accept a return at the company’s sole discretion.
